Recondition of fuel regulator

Regulator before recondition is checked on the test bench at a pressure of 150 bar. If successful pressure test falls controller can be reconditioned. It is based on hydrodynamic control dismantling and replacing precision components made of copper-made elements of Teflon. Teflon is one of the best materials for the guides, due to the overall chemical resistance, high temperature operation and excellent sliding properties. Copper measure axial rigidity helping guide the lead. The regulator is also cleaned ultrasonically. After placing the valve back pressure is checked for proper operation. On the regulator is assumed lower FKM o-ring and rubber upper.

Original and modified piston with teflon guides and copper core.
After recondition the regulator is better than new one and should work for many years. I give one year warranty but does not cover the O-ring seals and sealing the entire system. Recondition costs £40 without shipping.
Before removing the regulator, please read the instructions for removal, as they can damage the regulator slot.

Years of experience in the regeneration of regulators led to an entirely new
regulator design made from the best materials. Stainless steel housing with teflon piston guides. Structure is far from the factory regulators that fast go bad. Our regulators work for years without any problems. Soon will have long lifetime warranty.

Reconditiong relates also to regulators Renault IDE (F5R), Citroen/Peugeot 2.0 HPI (EW10D), Opel/Vauxhall 2.2 Direct (Z22YH) and Mercedes CGI (2710780289).

Recondition of fuel pump

Typical damage to the pump pressure is wiping the stem section (loss of compression required) wiping the piston head made of plastic or injury valves; feedback section. The pump has three sections and enough damage to the pressure on a rail not enjoying the assumed value of which is indicated by pressure control error. The pump is tested before dismantling or produces 150bar pressure and whether it has adequate capacity.

Recondition involves dismantling the pump and the assessment of consumption. In case of damage to valves, replacing a whole section, in the case of wiping the piston head is replaced with a new slide is made of Teflon. If you wipe the stem section in consultation with the client is changed to smooth the whole section. If you wear studs all sections of repair is unprofitable. If necessary, are also exchanged pump bearings. The pump is also cleaned of debris. After placing the pump is tested on bench, and then inserted into the car and tested in traffic minutes over a distance of 50 miles. After the driving test is a computer connected to verify proper operation.

After recondition the pump should run for up to about 150.000 miles. Poor quality fuel can shorten the course.
